Ingredients
- 3 pkts of Bacon diced
- 4lbs Carne picada de puerco
- 4lbs Carne picada de res
- 2lbs chorizo
- 3 pkts of hot dog wieners diced
- 3 russet potatoes diced into small cubes
- 6 bell peppers diced into small pieces
- 4 white onions diced
- 5 jalapeños diced
- 2 Serrano peppers diced
- 5 Roma tomatoes diced
- 1 beer (modelo)
- Diced Pineapple, cilantro, onion for garnish
Instructions
- Add and cook in order of ingredients. Seasoned with salt and chef mérito beef seasoning.
Family Notes
This is a big meal for a family gathering traditionally made in a “disco”, a big metal disc used on a attachment on a tractor for farming.
