Luis’ Chili Oil

Ingredients
  • ½ cup red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1.5 cups oil (any neutral oil)
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 4 cloves garlic (Minced)
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (Minced)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
Instructions
  1. Heat up oil slowly to 225-250 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a stainless steel bowl.
  3. Add hot oil carefully to bowl. Let it cool and put into a jar.
